if you want to keep the loose weight and keep it off, look fantastic and feel it den u shudnt b goin on all these diets. 98% of people on diets put the weight back on again. the way to do is simply exercise regularly and eat healthier foods. its dat simple! after a while your not even tempted because you feel so great and dont wanna go back to how u used 2 feel. i have lost 8lbs in 2 weeks already and i feel fitter than ever. i no its only a start but its the start of something big and this time i beleive its really possible. if u have any questions just ask, thanx xxx

Anne that isnt a diet it is more of a way of life, to remain healthy through your life you have to watch what you eat and exercise. I think diets are fads like atkins and people usually gain it back because you have to make it a way of life a part of who u are. You cant always give in to things you like or what tastes great. But that concept usually comes with maturity.

um- that is a diet. eating healthy is a certain way of eating- you're restricting the amount of bad food that goes into you...
