Hold everything! This site said you need to run a mile to work off yougurt!! And yet you don't have to run at all to work of fruit!! How does that work? Wouldn't you need to run at least some to burn off fruit and veggies? And a mile is a looooong way, especially for yougurt!! What's uyp with that??

burning off calories is way harder then eating calories. i believe it...

Hey, that part is wack. Trust me, you don't have to run a mile to burn off yogurt (altough maybe they were thinking you needed to run because of the milk thing) and peoplz who own this site plz dun get mad, but that is totally incorrect... ne ways, buh bye!

i think they are just trying to get across the message that fruits and veggies are healthy and you should eat alot of them

Well if you think about it there's a lot of added sugar in most yogurts...maybe thats what they mean? Because in fruit its all natural sugar so its not as bad I guess. *ray*ray*
