yay! i just completed my first firm workout! it was fun- a little confusing with some of the dance moves but i know i'll catch on if i keep using that tape.i need to get heavier weights for my arms though because those arm exersizes didn't do much(although i'll see tomorrow morning for sure)but the leg exersizes with the fanny lifter were killing my muscles. lol. i'm proud of myself and i'm going to keep it up. i hope you guys keep it up too- it'll all be worth it- just stick to it and remember these changes in our lifestyles will be forever...

i just ran about 1.5 miles and i havn't run in like a month and it felt reallly good! but it was really hard because i got used to not running, but it was worth it!

hey guyz, i'm back again. Let me know if anyone wants to help me lose some weight. I weigh 143 and i am 5'4 my goal is to lose 20lbs. if anyone is about the same let me know. no matter what you weigh just be yourself.I weighed 140 and lost 7 bounds from just doing everyday stuff playing basket ball walking and doing crunches.Even if you are unhappy with your weight just remember its your personality that people look for not your weight.so dont thin you have to lose weight to make people like you. do it for yourself and good luck.I know i need it lol.

all u gurls who think u kan't get a guy bcuz of ur looks... don't think that... i'm on mai second boifren now and... i kan say that... well the first one only broke up with me becuz he wanted a break.. he wuz one of the hottest guys in our grade... and to this day we r still frenz... i really lyked him for his personality he wuz one of the koolest guys in our grade.. he would give ne gurl a chance with him.. i think it's so sweet... well that wuz just mai thot.. i'm starting to be lyke that... i'll give ne guy a chance bcuz everyone is equal no matter wut...

Anyone kno how to tone up the inner thighs???Its the one part of my body which is not toned.Oh and can anyone suggest a diet that is effective AND ACTUALLY WORKS!!!. im 5.5 feet and weigh145 pounds,im would'nt say im fat, but um not thin either.Does anyone know the healthy weight for my age!?!?!? i used that weight calculater and it said i am at risk of being overweight,but im quite muscular so i dont no what weight i shud be.~Amal~

hey i heard to drink lots of water and even that will help u lose weight. after i run my 2 miles i drink 34oz...then at night when i run 2 miles again i drink 34 more oz...how many oz are u supposed to have...im starting this today and those dont include when i drink water at basketball or at meals..so how much water are u supposed to have...?kristi
