ok so its dec 29 and i would like to weigh 131 by jan 20 and 110 by march 19....r those realistic goals? my friend says it is do u? i hope everyone had a good holiday and a happy new year! plz someone respond! thx o by the way i weigh 142.5lbs now

whoa... 110 (i'm sorry) is not a very healthy weight for ur age. u might want to strive for somewhere around 115 at least to 120. u don't want to look too skinny, just healthy and fit

um- well, that's about 4 lbs a week, you should go for 135 or something a little less then 11/5lbs in 3 weeks or so. i'm sure you can do it if you workout a lot and eat a lot of antioxidants like fruit and green veggies and cut back on the calories(not too much!) and bring down your sodium intake to 2000mg or less a day. good luck- and try hard but don't push yourself too further than you know you should!
