yay! i just completed my first firm workout! it was fun- a little confusing with some of the dance moves but i know i'll catch on if i keep using that tape.i need to get heavier weights for my arms though because those arm exersizes didn't do much(although i'll see tomorrow morning for sure)but the leg exersizes with the fanny lifter were killing my muscles. lol. i'm proud of myself and i'm going to keep it up. i hope you guys keep it up too- it'll all be worth it- just stick to it and remember these changes in our lifestyles will be forever...

it is a whole system, it had a bunch of infomercials a while back with the sculpting stick and fanny lifter and videos. when i got it it also cam with a diet plan which is really healthy eating such as low fat meat with lots of veggies and fruits and good fats for your body- each day totals about 1500 calories and has a lot of fiber(like 30g) and protien(such as 190g) to keep you energized and you work out with their videos every other day. the videos have cardio and toning and you alternate them.
