A lot of you are talking about like, week long diets where you lose up to 10-15 lbs. I just want to tell you that it's water weight. Don't try something that you can't see yourself doing for the rest of your life. (maybe not as strict once u lose what u want) But otherwise if you go back to a junk food diet, you'll gain it back. Exercise and eating healthy should be a lifestyle change, not a week long thing.

Hi everyone I used to be slightly chubby and my friends are all skinny. I tried so many things to lose weight but nothing worked. A months ago I tried again but this time I had more willpower I started to do yoga and it really worked I have now lost 21 pounds it may not seem alot but it was to me I now weigh 123 pounds. so if you are stuck give it try even if you feel really stupid it worked for me!

Hey well i was just wondering, because im 5,5 and weigh 140 pounds and i realllly realllly need to lose about 14 pounds, because i really want to! but wouldnt it be ok if i excercised and ate really healthy with a good diet, and just grew into my weight? because say a person was my weight but was 5,7 they wouldnt be overweight. please help!

hey everyone!! i have lost 10lbs since starting my diet but i am worried i am gonna gain it bak cuz tday i had (4 breakfast) special k, then my dad brought home chinese food for him and i and i had a little of that (not much at all like imagine a half of a handful of noodles, 3 small chiken fingers-----thats the mistake!!, and somethin that i dunno what its called i barely ate it)and i am definately not eating alot for supper and me and mah mama are gonna do Pilates to nite so can sum 1 email me bak and tell me if mah eating was good tday? Hey, I am not over weight, but i really want to lose the weight off my hips and abs. I weigth about 120 pounds and i am, 5 foot 1 inch, but most of the wqeight comes from the muscles in my thighs and caves. I take challenged dance classes everyday including ballet, tap, jazz. and pointe. My jazz classes give me a really good workout, but it doesn't look it. I really need some tips on my weight lose.

I'm fed up with bieing overweight (i weigh 191) so today I'm starting a new diet and it's not healthy but who gives a sh**. I eat an apple for breakfast and another one for lunch and only 1/4 of my dinner. I exersize 1 1/2 hours a day. I gonna do this until I loose 100 pounds. It's so good everyone should do it. I'll lose about 3 or 4 pounds a week. Just wanted to tell you, BYE!!!!!!!

This id 4 every one who wants to lose wait. Starving ur self does not help. It will just make u sick and u will only lose water wait not fat wait! I just thought u people might like to know that.

Hey, Im lauralyle...and im 14 yrs old and i weigh 206 lbs! and i hate it.....i have to go into X-L in shirts and all..my mom just looks at me sometimes and crys.....also my boyfriend...Seth says...that i would look much nicer if i lost about a good 40lbs....so i mostly want to lose weight cause..then i can be healthier...i can do it just for me and i can do it for my boyfriend! So please does anyone know any good diets...or add on to that any good excersises..like for my butt..inner thighs..outer thighs...my tummy( like gettin abs and all) my arms.. just pretty much everything!!! I repeat im 206 and i want to get to about.....150...140 could be even betta...but for now i would like to make my goal as 150....so please anyone who know anything.....just type in to me...Thank you!

Well I started another diet today but i know i will stick with it. I did pretty good today. I didn't eat breakfast.(I get up so late its already lunch time, lolz!) But for lunch i had a fat free turkey lunchable with a glass of milk. Then for a snack i had some yogurt and for dinner i had a salad and a cheeseburger with milk. But then i ate 3 chocolate cookies for dessert. I feel bad about that but its ok its not that bad. Now for exercises. For morning exercises i did a whole bunch of arm exercises (if u want to know exactly what just say so) Then i did 100 crunches , 50 leg lifts and 50 donkey kicks. After lunch i walked a mile. Then for afternoon exercises i just doubled everything i did in the morning. Then i walked another mile after dinner. But then i drank ice water all day. The coldness(~ is that a word?) raises your metabilisiom and helps flush out fat. I'll keep in touch!
