Hi i weigh a 175 i want to lose weight fast. can you help me. i tried to go on a diet but it never works i always end up eating candy or ice cream!! Help me please oh and i'm 5 6'

hey... I use to eat and eat when i was hungry or mad and my mom hates when i go on a diet so i told her i am not on a diet...what i do is usully she is not home when i eat breakfest or lunch so i eat not as much i eat a really small breakfest With water and i eat a ok lunch... with water when i am thirsty i drink water and i eat breakfest as soon as i get up or around 10:00am i eat lunch at 2 and then i eat w/e mom cooks Or i cook for the family for supper around 5 and then if i am hungery in between them i eat ice it is made out of water and it helps with my cravings and i run and play basketball and vollyball during school when school is out i play softball i get in to as much activites i can ( but i make sure i have time for fun stuff to) and for homework even tho mayo is not good for u i sometimes have a turkey sandwitch with chess.mayo.turkey. and 2 peice weatbread casue white bread is not good eiter and then me and my oldest sis goes on runs and then sometimes when she gets home we go on runs at 12:30 or 1:00 am

You will have to somehow take conroll of your cravings, I be thats all to it. Some people eat when they are not hungry and thats why they become overweight.
