Hey, I am not over weight, but i really want to lose the weight off my hips and abs. I weigth about 120 pounds and i am, 5 foot 1 inch, but most of the wqeight comes from the muscles in my thighs and caves. I take challenged dance classes everyday including ballet, tap, jazz. and pointe. My jazz classes give me a really good workout, but it doesn't look it. I really need some tips on my weight lose.
