A lot of you are talking about like, week long diets where you lose up to 10-15 lbs. I just want to tell you that it's water weight. Don't try something that you can't see yourself doing for the rest of your life. (maybe not as strict once u lose what u want) But otherwise if you go back to a junk food diet, you'll gain it back. Exercise and eating healthy should be a lifestyle change, not a week long thing.

i agree thats why i think low carb is the way to go i just got through bacon and eggs for breakfast steak and salad for lunch as much string cheese snack i wasnt and good chicken and low carb chees cake for dessert and i am still losing weight
