I am sooo sick of people saying "skip breakfast" or "dont eat much food throughout the day" or "skip meals" bcuz its all wrong!!!! I understand why you would think that but it is wrong!!! breakfast is important. dont skip it! you can eat lunch and dinner just smaller portions you should also eat healthy snacks, but depriving your self of any kind of food is unhealthy and wrong!!! i cant count how many times people say "DONT EAT A LOT JUST A TINY BIT" that is giving kids the wrong message that they should not eat throughout the day. please reply and tell me what you think

just a warning to people who look at the colories before eating anything. if u look up a little higher then the colories u will see servings. it will say something like (for exaple) "servings: 1 cup" then under neath it it will say "serving size:2 cups" this means that the nutrition facts are just based on half of the exaple, instead of the full 2 cups, it will only count 1 cup of it. so if it says the colories are like 200 and u ate all the exaple, you will have actually eatin 400 colories because it was only based on half of the exaple. get it? so before eating anything look at the servings then look at the colories, u may just wanna eat half of what u are eating.

I have a problem I am 5'7 and 155lbs but I am big bones and when I go to the bmi calculator it says not accurate for people that are muscular does that work with being big boned. Also I was wondering if anyone knows a website that i can calculate it correclty if you know anything please could you drop a post or email me at cayger123@aol.com Thank you

Hey everyone! Im on a library computer, so they don't give us much time to type.. so i gotta be quick.... ok....im not overweight, but i feel VERY poorly for the people who are, so i try and offer help! A water diet for a day is a great way to lose 5 pounds. Just drink only water until say 6 at night. It cleanses your body, fills you up fast, and i can hardly think that it's unhealthy.But don't go crazy! Just one day every so often. not a whole straight month, because then you will get sick. ***only draw back: you may have to pee alot. lol. ok goodluck. keep me posted if you try this!

Hey....yall I am new a dis so hear me out...I am 5'11 and weigh 207 pounds....I didn't used to be his overweiht but over the last year I gained like 30 pounds and I really need to lose it fast. School is about to start and I need clothes and it is harder and harder to find them...none of my friends believe me cause I hide da fat so well and they are tiny! PLEASE HELP ME!!!!! Hey everyone! I am overweight.. I am 14, 5'4 and 160 lbs. I lost 10lbs the last time i went to my doctors b/c i haven't been eaten like i use to and i walk 2 miles every night. the thing is i am going into high school and trying out for 3 sports that require ALOT of running and i am not good at running but i like to exercise. my mom lost around 80lbs from weight watchers but it does not work for me. I use to be skinny but then around 4th grade i began to gain weight. I wanna loose weight and weigh around 125-130lbs. my sis was like me around my age and lost weight before H.S. and everyone was shocked on how good she looked and i wanna be like that!! I promised some ppl that on the first day of school i would look dfferent and i wanna keep that promise up! i don't wanna be so skinny i just wanna be right on my weight and look good and feel good. thanks for listening and if you have any tips or like websites to go to please post them on here! thank you soo much! bye byes :o)

Hi!I'm 14 years old I weight 176 lbs.I REALLY want &need to loose weight!!! I want to loose 50 lbs so Iweight at least 130 lbs.Being overweight is horrible.I used to be thin but I started getting heavy at age8 since then I'm fat and now I want to loose weightBADLY.If you have any advice for me please help me!!!
