Whats water weight? cause im thinkin of starving myself for a month to lose weight, but im not sure what water weight is.

Water weight, your body is not only made up of muscle, bones, and organs, but also soft tissue and water. About 20-30% water. Your body uses this liquid to help hydrate itself, allow for cooling (sweating), and assist in the breakdown of food in the digestive system. No one can live without water. your muscles need it to maintain flexibility, and your body needs it to maintain hydration. Dehydration is lack of fluid in the body, this can lead to heat exhaustion and heat stroke, or death.

that one crazy idea. don't my sister did that for 4 days and lost 30pounds and only weight NOW 115 and sg=he 5.9. people don't do i there other ways bye good luck
p.s my sis allmost when't to the hopital

Starving yourself will make you lose ~*~Water Weight~*~ If you starve yourself or go on a diet where you drink fluids instead of meals then you will lose Water Weight. The second you go back to normal eating you will gain all that Water Weight back and it will come back as fat. You dont want to starve yourself becuz there is no good coming out of it... you will lose water weight and as i said before you will go back to normal foods you will gain it back as FAT. And you know you cant stay on a starving diet. Just try and cut out sweets from your diet and moving around more. Excersize dont have to be running swimming or jumproping or that jazz... it can be as simple as moving your arms up and down or tapping your feet while sitting... EXCERSIZE~any thing that gets you moving;ANY PART OF YOUR BODY . Good luck !!

You shouldn't starve yourself for that long, it's un healthy. but you could try jogging every morning,or, if you have a pet you could jog or walk it instead. and try just cutting back on sweets.
