I just started dieting because I'm a 13 year old female that's 5'7" and weighs 140 lbs. I'm tired of having to always feel self consious and watched, I want to be comfortable with the way I look. I'm using the weightwatcher's point system. It's awesome! It really does work cause you can eat just about anything and still lose weight, because you are monitering the portions that you eat these things in and exercising to burn of the cals. Another trick I use is to only weigh myself once a week, this way I don't get disappointed if I don't see results the very next day. Well, I hoped I've helped motivate some of you out there. well my sister and my brother had there baby fat and lost it at 16 or 17 so i think you can change your face somewhat

I know this will be deleted but maybe some will see it. How come you all have to lose weight? Im 15, 5'9" and 300 pounds and im happy. Sure im not the healthiest but this site really does need to teach kids they need to feel good about themselves. All this site really says is if you are overwheight you need to lose weight, wich could be taken many ways. Please try to promote size accpetance, this site promotes bullies, it does not really help! And some of these posts are not good! I only read a few but one said to stop eating all carbs...that is not healthy! To be healthy one must eat a balanced diet that consists of all foods. Please do not delete this post, that will only prove my points. Being overwheight can lead to suicide or unhealthy habbits, many forming from depression because one is fat. And all this site seems to say is that they are right, the person is really fat and needs to lose weight, wheres the size acceptance?

I'M BACK AND I'M REALLY OUT OF BREATH. MY LITTLE BROTHER BETTED ME THAT IF CAN MAKE IT AROUND THE PARK 2 TIMES [BY THE WAY IT'S A BIG PARK AND THE TRAIL GOING ONCE EQUALS ABOUT 1 MILE] WITHOUT STOPPING HE WILL STOP TEASING ME BUT I WAS TO TIRED TO MAKE IT ONE TIME AROUND THE PARK BESIDE WALKING TO THE PARK IS A CHALLENGE TO ME. THE PARK IS ABOUT 5 MINUTES FROM HOME BUT IT TAKES ME ABOUT 10-15 MINS TO GET THERE.

hey yall ok at the begining of summer i used to jog and thats how i lost inches on my legs but now with all the kidnappings and me being self concious i dont wanna i am too scared of what the ppl in the cars think of me when im jogging or whatever u know?? what can i do??

Hi!!! I am a 4'5" female who weighs 138 and has a waist of 47. I have been overweight all my life. When I did a yahoo search a BMI calculator said that I was obease. WOW I always thought I was just overweight. You would think that would motivate me to try to become slim, but it didn't seem to. I have a history for diabeties in my family. My grandma has it and my mother has symtoms for it. I suppose I should be encouraged to lose weight , but somehow... I'm not. My grand parents have a big hill. Sometimes my uncle will take me fishing and I cant seem to make it up the hill. It takes my cousin who is 8 years older than me 30 seconds to get up the hill but it takes me 1minute and 45 seconds to get up. and i'm sweaty and out of breath. He doesn't even break a sweat!!! I no I can do something if i try but I cant seem to get motavated to do it. PLEASE SUM 1 HELP ME!!!!!!!! love, Rockerbaby

Hey everyone i am gonna give u all some tip on how to loose weight.First stop eating all bread, sweets,pasta, rice, cips, candy and regular pop. Only eat meat, vegatbles, and fruit. u can drink diet pops adn pleanty of water. Make sure u excercise. You cannot be on this diet forever. Once u hit your goal weight do not start eating like u used to or u will gain all your weight back and even more. Just go back to eating like maybe a slice of bread then no bread the next day them maybe some fries then no bread or fries the next day. but u cannot eat fries and bread all in the same day. With this diet u can loose up to 30-50 pounds in a month maybe even more if u excercise. Please take my advice because this worked for me. Bye

i found something cool!!!!! at k-mart joe boxer has jeans and shirts in juniors and womens plus it goes to size 29 (womans are slightly bigger). although i'm sad to say i can't even fit into a womans 29. my huge belly wont fit in.
