I just started dieting because I'm a 13 year old female that's 5'7" and weighs 140 lbs. I'm tired of having to always feel self consious and watched, I want to be comfortable with the way I look. I'm using the weightwatcher's point system. It's awesome! It really does work cause you can eat just about anything and still lose weight, because you are monitering the portions that you eat these things in and exercising to burn of the cals. Another trick I use is to only weigh myself once a week, this way I don't get disappointed if I don't see results the very next day. Well, I hoped I've helped motivate some of you out there. Peace Out-Kel

Hi. I think that you shouldn't be concerned with the way people look at you. You are in the healthy weight rage for your height. All I can say is that in a few years you will realize that you are your biggest critic and that people really aren't seeing you how you think they are.
