about my 1 sit up i am wondering was it hard for anybody else when they first try situps and how many did yall do before you got tire or how long did it take you to finish like it took me 45 mins probably longer i lost count.

I cannot belleive how many people are getting upset about me saying i do 450 a day! I wasnt bragging! I was just saying that 2 is not enough for your body to even know what its doing! you have to do like 10 before you body starts getting used to it so you can do more and more.. i didnt know john was 500 pounds so its more difficult for him.. im sorry if i caused anyone to dislike me or anything .. i really didnt mean to show off. i was just showing what can come out of staying motiated and stuff...

hi everybody about this situp thing i try to do 1 situp today and it was very hard but i did it but it took me about 45 minutes to do it.

I went for a 2 mile run the other day and i was sweating uncontrollably and afterwards i had back pains and pain in the back of my legs.I am losing weight but exercise is really difficult is they ways to improve my fitness?

THIS IS TO EVERYONE with the question: Will this food make me fat? As long as you eat only a small amount of it, NOTHING will make you fat. Eat it only when you are hungry. And with the situps thing, Jessica may REALLY be doing that much, and John may be doing that much also.

My mom measured how tall i was and i was 5'3...and last time i checked i was 140 pounds but im not sure if thats what i weigh now because the scale is broken we gotta get a new one. And i checked the weight scale here and it said:Your Body Mass Index is 24.8, which is the 92th percentile and it said the healthy weight range for my weight and height and it said :The healthy weight range for your height and age is 87 to 129 pounds ....so that means im overweight 11 pounds but it still said im at risk of becoming overweight i think theres somthing wrong with the scale because if im over the healthy weight range doesnt that make me overweight!?

TO SAMANTHA AGE 11. ISAID WHEN I WAS 9 I WEIGH ABOUT 125 AND YES I BEEN OVERWEIGHT ALL MY LIFE AND YES MY LITTLE BROTHER TEASES ME ABOUT MY WEIGHT ALL THE TIME EVER SINCE HE THE DIFFERENCE BTWN FAT AND SKINNY.NOW IT IS GETTING TO THE POINT HE EVEN TEASES ME IN FRONT OF HIS FRIENDS.

HI everyone that reading this i just wantted to say that it hurt to look in mirror because iam this old and I caN't control my eating .My weight is 168 and I've been trying to lose weight on my own but no luck does any one have any tips on how to lose weight?

To Sam~ I answered how I lost weight a couple pages ago. But I'll just put it here for kicks. I'm on weight watchers (winning points diet) and I swim competitively. (spell check) So I swim 2 hours a day, 5 days a week. I'm 155 lbs now, 5'4" and I started at 167 1/2 lbs. ;-) Good luck to you.

today is the last day i let myself to remain fat well at leats thats what i tell myself every morning so i dont jnow what im gonna do so any ways ive been in college since july 22 and have put on 22 pounds already i dont know what i will do to losse the weigh but i hope i find out soon
