I cannot belleive how many people are getting upset about me saying i do 450 a day! I wasnt bragging! I was just saying that 2 is not enough for your body to even know what its doing! you have to do like 10 before you body starts getting used to it so you can do more and more.. i didnt know john was 500 pounds so its more difficult for him.. im sorry if i caused anyone to dislike me or anything .. i really didnt mean to show off. i was just showing what can come out of staying motiated and stuff...

Well im not doing 450 at a time, i spread them out over the day like 20 every hour or so, so it doesnt really feel like im not doing that many.

hi.. i don't think you should do that many.. a national runner told me once(he's my great friend, btw) and hes REALLY fit, that you should do a max of 100 a day. the recommended number of crunches are 20 a day. if i am not wrong, if you do too many, something around your stomach muscles will go haywire.

i was upset at first but i'am not now it just upset me when you said only 2 it's a struggle for me trying to do 1.give me credit at least i'm trying.

okay i wasnt implying that i didnt like u but i mean the way it was said was kinda rude it was like "only 25, only 2, well i do 450" i know thats not what u said but thats what it sounded like to me im equally sorry for what i said to u!!
