hey, i weigh around 134lbs and am 5'5...i'm on a swimteam so i have a lot of muscle. People say i look around 110-ish, but i hate the way i look. I've lost around 10-15lbs in a year just by swimming, and i'm keeping it up. I'm proud of my improvement, but one of my issues is my stomach...i do 3 sets of 15 crunches and 10 pushups a day, on top of 2hrs of intense swimming, although my stomach doesn't seem to firm up!! It's flat (sort of) , but it REALLY needs to firm up a lot...does anyone have any suggestions?? and i would like to know if 134lbs and 5'5 is overweight..thx a bunch!! =)

hey ya'll! this is dominick...im an 18 year old female from florida, and i know what its like being overweight...my lil sisters overweight...and guys...dont stave yourself or try and make yourself throw up what u ate..i lost one of my best friends by tryin to throw up the food she ate, and by starving, she went almost 2 days without eating, and her heart began 2 stop beating like it should have been...so please...dont! i read that another girl said that on here, and its ture, shes right...dont..u wouldnt want somebody to lose u, jus like i lost my best friend..if any of ya wanna chat wit me in person, there are three s/ns u can reach me at ...freakchild43,terribleterra89,or buckeyebloom...i'll be there and im here to help u when u need me!and whatever we talk about is between u and me!

does ne one have any ideas on how to lose weight easily but steadily?? I want to lose prolly 10 pounds or more within a year. How do i do this without getting bored with the acivities or exercises OR cheating on my diet??

hi its me again! i have lost 3 more pounds! i think it is because i am drinking more water and eating less junk food. i still need to lose 100 more pounds, but its a start!

i have decided to put a list of good and bad things about either throwing up, or starving yourself to lose weight. Good things about it-1.you lose weight. 2. you look thiner. 3.food does not control u any more. Now fore the bad things. 1. barf taste bad. 2. barf goes up your nose. 3. barf smells bad. 4. when u starve, you can enjoy the great taste you once could. 5.people might catch you barfing or starving yourself and you will get lecture after lecture, or thyerapist after thyerapist, or punishments after punishments. 6.you are weaker and can't do any sports as u once could do. 7. you look like your always sick or have a cold. 8. you get heavy sags and dark rings around your eyes 9. your energy level goes way down. 10. u can't concentrate on things, such as school and start to fail at it. 11.you can get to be a stick and no guys never likes sticks. 12.you stop growing. mentally and... Are there any other easy to get foods that do the same thing as apple vinegar? (I think thats what its called)I dont think Mom would let me get it. If there was a fruit or vegetable or something it would be better.

Here are some tips and such for all of you. I hope you find them helpful!
I've been reading a lot of posts lately that have made me really worried for people on this board. They are trying to take the easy way out, which, as it ends up , really isn't the best way to go at it. You won't lose weight if you starve yourself (because when you eat your body will put the weight back on), you'll only end up hurting yourself. Don't try to throw up, that only hurts you more. First of all, you don't really lose that much weight by throwing up, second, you can damage the lining of your throat from the acids of your stomach when you throw up, and third, there are definately quicker and easier, yes easier ways to lose weight. The three main things you need to do to lose weight are A) keep track of what you eat. Set a calorie limit, but make sure it is no less than 1200 calories. If you eat less ... (view more)

Hey you guys, im 14 and i really want to lose weight, i weigh about 150 but have a lot of muscle. I wear like a size 9 to 11 pants and i work out a lot. I REALLY want to lose weight so that im at least a size 7 or just tone up my muscles, nothing seems to work. Should i like start an eating disorder or SOMETHING ive worked so hard and nothing seems to be working PLZ HELP!!!! ~jen

I am 13 yrs old and am 140 pounds. I have recently lost 20 pounds that I am really proud of by eating correctly. But I havent lost any more by continuing my diet food plan so I have gotten disguraged! 20 pounds isnt enough for me. I want to be 100! Therefore I have been trying to buy this drug called "epicak" that makes you throw up on purpose. I havent been able to purcahse it yet and now I am thinking that maybey the reason to me not finding it in stores was for my own good? Well, I am really sick of being overweight! I am a dancer and simply cannot be overweight! But because I go to school, I am afraid to take this drug because I dont know if I will be able to control when I throwup because I dont want to throw up during class! hey ppl i think i did sumthin wrong tday well i had breafast (cereal) and i wanted to have this sandwhich but u had to put mayo on it and im not too fond of mayo so i jus put a lil and i only ate 1/4 of it cuz it made me sick then i made left overs from a roast we had and i had a lil bit of meat sum carrots and i took too much potatoes so i didnt eat it all and then i got a major craving for chips and once i started eating them i couldnt stop and i did ( i used to norm. eat half the bag and i didnt do that thiss timE) but i feel so fat what dod i do????
