hey! long time no see. School is so crazy, along with everything else going on with my life (sports, friends, etc...) I'm still eating well, but I need to try and get back to keeping a journal. Making sure I don't overeat and stuff. I hope it makes a big difference;-) Just a tip for people trying to lose weight-You'll do better with a journal of what you've eaten. Anyways, good luck to all of you, even when life is crazy, keep going with the diet, it's one thing you can count on;-)

11 days ago i started a new diet, i only ate soup like tomato, chicken noodle etc. along with fruit and grape-tomatos and its working great. I lost 8lbs already. I just wanted to know if this is healthy because i'm also drinking milk, water and V8. I also take an occasional vitamin.

I just wanted to tell ya'll about a tip that I got before I started losing wieght about 2 years ago. That would be set mini goals. I was 170 pounds and wanted to be about 135, so everynight I went to bed wishing I would be 135 pounds, and of course, when i woke up in the morning, I was still 170. So, then, I combined calorie counting and exercise, and made a goal of 165, I told myself if I could reach that, then i could do all of it, and 5 pounds didn't seem like such a big deal, and really, it wasn't. I kept doing that. At 165, I aimed for 160, at 160 it was 155, at 155 it was 150, at 150, it was 145. Now I'm at 143 pounds, and yes, i still have a goal of 135, but first it's 140. I feel so much better about myself, and I'm healthier, remember, one step at a time will lead you to a better life!

Hi. This is my first time here and I need a lot of motivation! I'm 5' 5" 145.4 lbs. I know I'm not considered "overweight" but I really am fat. I have rolls and flab, it's gross. I wanna be thin really really bad, I even tried being anorexic! But I couldn't do it cause I always had to eat with my parents. And another thing, I don't like people to know that I'm exercising cause they might think things, like I have an ED or it's gross to watch or something. I like exercising, just not letting people know I'm doing it or doing it with people. Can somebody please help me? Peace out! Zoë

To all the people exercising, when you exercise, you gain muscle. Since muscle weighs more than fat, you will gain some weight. Dont worry about it though, you will look better. :)

i gained another pound! i weigh 262! i feel like a humogous blimp and my belly looks and feels bigger than usual. this will probably be my last message because i am not losing weight. maybe the reason john isn't posting more messages is because he is probably upset about the 9 pound gain.

I just have to say this, I biked for like a week and a half for thirty minutes a day and i lost like 4 pounds and the other great thing is... In all of my pants the butt was really baggy! So you can tell what biking does! I am soo stupid i need to try and fit it in to my schedule again cuz i have yet to get back to it! Just think how great it would be if i kept that up everyday! Dont worry I know what im doing, more than a lot of people here, go for it everyone! good luck!
