11 days ago i started a new diet, i only ate soup like tomato, chicken noodle etc. along with fruit and grape-tomatos and its working great. I lost 8lbs already. I just wanted to know if this is healthy because i'm also drinking milk, water and V8. I also take an occasional vitamin.

that is not real good for u because u need some meat in your diet to.. meat is good for u if u dont eat to much of it.eat some tuna fish. i usually eat tuna fish 2-3 times a day. its almost a perfect food, 13g of protein and .5g fat. its really good for u, but make sure u get the kind in water not in oil. that water kind i think taste better and it i ALOT better for u. hope this helps.

it's not healthy to lose 8 pounds in 11 days. u've probbaly just lost muscle and water which is not good. u should eat variety of food and don't restrict urself to certain food. u will crave them more. and u have to drink water!! good luck
