hey guys whuts up? um im gonna be 18 in march and id really like to lose weight b4 then well infact if i had the choice id wana lose about 15lbs right now. the thing is that i dont mind my weight i just look fat and i always cover it up i just have a question if ne one can answer it. if i went to the gym and ate healthy do u think i can actaully look good by the time my birthday comes around?

I am 12 yrs. old, almost 13, and I weigh about 130 and I am 5ft. 1 1/2 inch. tall. I have been told I am not overweigh, but I feel I am. Does anyone know if I am, and if so then how to lose the weight fast, but safely?

People have said to me that I am not overweight, yet I feel I am. I want to lose weight the fast,healthy,and safe way. I want to try the slim-fast diet, but I don't know if it is safe or healthy. I f anyone can give me some helpful info please respond!

i got some good new.(I LOST THREE POUNDS I AM NOW AT 345).also when i walk 2 school it used 2 take 1hr 5mins now it takes me 1hr 00mins.it might not mean much 2 some ppl, but it means a lot 2 me i am so HAPPY!!! by the way my school is about 1.5 miles

Hey! I have wrote stuff like this lots of times but who cares this is really imporent. Ok so, I go for a 25 min. walk every day ( try to ) have gym in school 2 or 3 or more times a week, do 60 crunchs a day, weight training 2 times a week, clean my nans furiture 1 week, vancurn 1 week and so on. I started walking and crunchs 2 monuths ago weight training and my nans stuff 2 weeks ago but have only lost 6 pounds and gained but 3 or 4 ! I have not been very good with cuting down on food. I guess I will have to cut out all chocolate and cookies. But some one PLEASE, PLEASE help.

Hey well done to all of you your all doing really well :) my question is do you think I will lose weight if I do excercise 3-4 times a week (aerobics,swimming,tennis and walking) and eat healthily and drink lots of water?I have been doing this for a wekk and your ment to lose 2-3lbs in the first week but I don't feel like I have lost any weight. grew 3 inches, and lost 45 pounds! Im 110 pounds, 5'3, and feelin great! Actually, I don't feel great, Mt stomach schrunk ALOT so now if I eat like a really big meal I'll swallow throw up, yuck! and even if I eat just a normal meal my stoach will hurt really bad from being so full. Does this happen to anyone else who has lost lots of weight?
my advice: keep going, it doesn't matter if you are the last one to cross the finish line, the important thing is that you crossed it! If you are trying to lose weight and your doing good, but then opps, you gained more weight agian, DON'T give up, you can do it!

It really improves to go to the gym. monday in my weightlifting i ran a mile in 11min and 15sec and well this whole week i have been going to the gym in the morning after school running on the trendmill and doing tae-bo and the stair master, and well friday i had to run a mile in my rotc class i got 9min and 48sec that is such a big difference well i hope this helps ya'll to get motivated to start doing stuff! : )

I've got some great ways to exersize and reduce cravings that we all can learn to love.
1) Play Video games to reduce cravings. I know, it sounds funny, but you won't feel hungry at all by playing them! The best ones are RPGS like Final Fantasey, because their plots make you want to stay more and more.
2) Actually try in gym. Surprisingly, lots of kids want to lose weight, but they never try in Gym. I just realized that last year. You MUST try in gym, and when they want you to run, run all the way. It may seem hard at first, but you'll feel great once you can run for 10 minutes straight.
