hey guys whuts up? um im gonna be 18 in march and id really like to lose weight b4 then well infact if i had the choice id wana lose about 15lbs right now. the thing is that i dont mind my weight i just look fat and i always cover it up i just have a question if ne one can answer it. if i went to the gym and ate healthy do u think i can actaully look good by the time my birthday comes around?

Reply from amanda, Age 12 - 09/19/02 - IP#: 24.51.181.xxx hey i was never fat but i just wanted to get in shape and i did tae bo i play soccer softball and take tae kwon do and i'm in great shape i'm nice and muscular and i impress people. to tae bo i'm 5 4 and weight 106 but very mucular and in shape exercising is the best thing you can do and eat healthy try walking and then boost your way up to jogging around your neighborhood
