I'm 11 and im gonna try out for cheerleading next year...i need some way to loose weight...i mean im already on a diet...and drink lots of water...and exersize...but i need some motovation!

give yourself small goals every day. Don't drink sodas, don't give into fries or candy, and cut what you usually eat in half. HOWEVER, if you're in some sort of sport (i'm a swimmer), eating too little will cut down your energy and you'll feel sleepy and tired...just eat right, lots of fruits and veggies, LOTS OF WATER, low carbs etc....good luck!! (p.s.: remember...just because you're trying out for cheerleading doesn't mean you have to change your body...start liking yourself the way you are, seriously!! it will give you more motivation for your goals in life!!)
