hey, i weigh around 134lbs and am 5'5...i'm on a swimteam so i have a lot of muscle. People say i look around 110-ish, but i hate the way i look. I've lost around 10-15lbs in a year just by swimming, and i'm keeping it up. I'm proud of my improvement, but one of my issues is my stomach...i do 3 sets of 15 crunches and 10 pushups a day, on top of 2hrs of intense swimming, although my stomach doesn't seem to firm up!! It's flat (sort of) , but it REALLY needs to firm up a lot...does anyone have any suggestions?? and i would like to know if 134lbs and 5'5 is overweight..thx a bunch!! =)

Don't sweat.I'm about your height and your weight, and I have a lot of muscle too. I'm on the track team, and the basketball and volleyball teams. It's okay to weigh that much when you have a lot of muscle.

Your lucky, Im not overweight anymore, but my stomach sticks out and isnt flat one bit! Still trying to flatten it, so I have no tips for you. :(

hey im a 15 year old female from canada..im about 5 foot 4 and 125 pounds..nah u aint over weight...i used to be on a swim team also...this summer..but then i had to quit..becuz i was goin on vacation lol and school is startin to ya,..but ilove swimming...people think i look around 115...so yah...well im sure your fine...if u ever wanna talkto anyone..email me at sukhjot_13@hotmail.com...okie dokie hope that helped ya...and godbless
