WOW! I just got back in from running. I feel great! I'm still not really losing weight, but I can run farther. Today I walked 1/4 mile warmup, ran 1/2 mile, and walked another 1/4 mile cool down. My goal is to be able to run a mile by X-Mas. Then I'm gonna go out for track in the spring.
