Hey everyone I haven't posted for a while... but Ive lost eight pounds and now im down to 210... if I loose 3 more pounds Ill be down to 207 which was my weight in November. Ill be so much happier once I get to that weight although my goal weight right now is 112... tommorow Im going to start restricting calories like hell again and hopefully ill be ten pounds thinner by next Friday so Ill look good for my Nick 3.... at 200 Im going to fit into most size 13/14 pants... but i wanna be a 0!!!!!!!!!

I feel GREAT! I just rode my staionary bike for 20 mins. I walked a brisk 2 mile walk with aerobics included. I did 40 side crucnhes which work the annoying love handles. I have also drank 3 glasses of water already and i hope to drink 3 more. AND GUESS WHT!?!?!??! I did all of this in 1 hour!!! When i get home from school i have a small snack while im doing my homework and then i exercise for just 1 hour and look how much i got done!!!! this is my plan for LENT!!! I figure this is the perfect time, its 6 weeks and then after ive lost all of the weight, I'M GUNNA BUY AN AWESOME EASTER DRESS AND LOOK GREAT IN IT!!!!!!! Well I just need to express my happiness to everyone and let you all know....YOU CAN DO ~A~N~Y~T~H~I~N~G~!!!! Post back PLZ....

Hey everybody! I posted this message message a couple days ago, but I need a little more advice on my diet to make it awesome, so can you post your comments? Ok, everyday I wake up at 6AM and eat breakfast(usually a bowl of cereal), and 6 hours later I eat school lunch which usually containts a milk, fruit, and sandwich w/ turkey and cheese slices, and then 3 hours later I get home and eat a small snack like an apple or yogurt, and then 3-4 hours later have dinner. I don't drink pop, and try and drink 8 glasses of water a day. For exercise, I go on a 2-mile bike ride every Mon., Wed., Fri., Sat., and Sun., and every Tuesday and Thursday I go to Power Tumbling (gymnastics) for an hour and a half. Plus I'm starting to clean the house a lot, and sometimes do the "Thighs of Steel" workout. Any more advice would be great! Thanx and GOOD LUCK!!

Hey guys I have a question. I heard that green tea is supposed to speed up your metabolism so I've been drinking it once a day but I need to know if (or which) other kinds of tea have the same effects. Any replies would be appriciated!

Hey people, does anyone know what the daily intake of energy should be each day if your trying to lose weight? Cause im trying to lose weight, but i EAT LOADS, and when i say loads im talking 10 meals a day, so what should be my daily intake of FAT if i want to lose weight, daily intake of CARBS if i want to lose weight. I need to know some really nice snacks that i can eat when im depressed or something so that i dont put on fat. and finally i have a school assignment and i have to research 'the water diet' where u drink or eat nothing but water. so i need to know things like how safe it is, and wats the longest you can go on it safely for, due in two days. Hey Ya'll! This is my diet plan for the next few months. Get up at 6 and have a bowl of cereal, 6 hours later have lunch at school w/ different things, 3 hours later when i get home eat a little snack like a yogurt, or an apple, or soemthing else, and then have a healthy dinner. Everyday I go on a 2-mile bike ride,and I do an hour and a hlaf of power tumbling every Tues. and Thrus, plus clean then house really good every day. Is that good? well everyone tonight was my last night eating this much i just toatlly pigged out but o well i weight like 150ish and im doin this plan that my friend tols me to do and im goin to lose like 25-30 pounds in like 6 weeks im goin to do it.. PEACE
anyone think i can do it with veegs chicken and yogurt

ALRIGHT YALL! im finally in the 160's!!! even thou its only 169, its not 174 anymore~ and thank god for that. this is my diet plan, its less than 1000 calories a day and its filling and YUMMY! for breakfast i have a Slim Fast meal replacement bar, for lunch i have salad with ranch dressing and a turkey sandwich with white bread, for a snack after school i have a Slim Fast snack bar (PB crunch mmmm) and for supper i have a Lean Cusine or Healthy Choice frozen dinner. and if at some point im still hungry, i have a frozen yogurt bar. ITS FILLING AND ITS UNDER A THOUSAND CALS AND IT WORKS! good luck

OK guys have you tried to do something on this but then end up quiting in like a week? 99% of them dont work like eat only veggies. BLAH! I mean 1 it is not healthy 2 some are gross... Best ways are DETERMINATION! If your really determined you will work hard such as. Exercise, No seconds, No inbetween meals. You can eat desert but dont have seconds of it! Instead of sitting here on your but watch tv while jogging on the treadmill. Or play basketball (just shoot hoops) its moving you burning calories and it doesnt take much to do. Throw, pick it up, throw again, see it isnt hard. Dont do things like run for 3 hours a day it wont last long! Just do simple things.

Hey its me again. Sry I forgot something in my previous post. PLease read and respond. Ok I'm in this senerio where I can't change my thinking. Untill about the last year of my life, I've been known as the 'ugly duckling' U kno I was very big, defintly not attractive and never was told that I was beautiful by anyone outside my immediate family. Well I lost a little bit of weight and am now half my to my goal though I still have a ways to go (35 lbs) People now think that i'm pretty. I've had boys to like me, and people say that I'm not fat (though I have pants that fit that are size 15 in juniors!)OK well I can't get out of the mind frame that I was in over a year ago. I don't know how to change my thinking, not to be arogant, but to fell beautiful and worthy of things that other girls have (Boyfriends, confidence, ect.) I can't say tht I reached my weight goal. But my first I had lost 5 pounds within 2 days and I gai ned it back. I thought well this can't go on so I went on my second diet. I stayed on that diet for 2 weeks. I had lost ten pounds so now my weight was 200.5. I gained that back now I am struggling to get back on a steady diet which I willn be starting tomorrow which is 2/21/04. This time I will stick to my diet and get at my goal weight. I am currently 206 pounds. My goal weight is 120. I will be sure to check back in and let you all know how I am doind on this dient within three weeks. So be on the look out.
