Hey everybody! I posted this message message a couple days ago, but I need a little more advice on my diet to make it awesome, so can you post your comments? Ok, everyday I wake up at 6AM and eat breakfast(usually a bowl of cereal), and 6 hours later I eat school lunch which usually containts a milk, fruit, and sandwich w/ turkey and cheese slices, and then 3 hours later I get home and eat a small snack like an apple or yogurt, and then 3-4 hours later have dinner. I don't drink pop, and try and drink 8 glasses of water a day. For exercise, I go on a 2-mile bike ride every Mon., Wed., Fri., Sat., and Sun., and every Tuesday and Thursday I go to Power Tumbling (gymnastics) for an hour and a half. Plus I'm starting to clean the house a lot, and sometimes do the "Thighs of Steel" workout. Any more advice would be great! Thanx and GOOD LUCK!!

i wouldn't skip the milk, its good for you. I would though, instead of having cereal for breakfast, make yourself some eggs, they are high in protein and will give you lots of energy, and they are low in fat and calories

sounds great- my only suggestion is to skip the cheese in your sandwich when you'
re having the milk. you'll save about 70-80 calories a day...
