Ok, I don't want to sound rude or anything, but I've been reading some recent messages that were posted, and they are stupid diet guidelines. There are a lot of people saying that they're not eating breakfast, and eating something tiny for lunch, and stuff like that. Well, just to let all of you know, when you skip meals, your metabolism slows down, and you don't lose as many calories and fat as you should. YEah, a lot of you are losing weight following this STUPID diet, but when you start eating like a normal person, your body will think you're stuffing yourself and you will gain gain gain! 2 years ago I skipped breakfast, ate something small for lunch and dinner. I started eating breakfast and eating healthier, and though i gained some weight, I lost more then I wieghed originally because I ate breakfast, which made me more energized to go and exercise...plus, you don't start to burn calories until after you eat something for the day(hello, breakfast is important!) So stop skipping meals and learn more about healthy eating so you can reach your healthy goal, not just your weight goal!
