Hey guys, I haven't posted on this site in awhile. I've been trying to lose weight for about six years now. Everyone's always told me to not be too harsh on myself. You know what i mean, when you're at home alone or at a party and then you slip your diet up. Well I've figured out that i've taken their advice a little too seriously. I'm not harsh enough with myself. I had a friend ask me ... " If you want to lose weight so bad, then what's holding you back from it?" Really! I think my self-control is doing the holding back. Also maybe i'm being too emotional about all this. Any feeback?

Today is Day 3 on the Cabbage Soup Diet...I weighed myself this morning and I have lost 3-4 pounds since I started (Tuesday)! I have been doing Taebo for an hour a day after school, but this morning I actually forced myself to wake up early and do it for 45 minutes. So now I am going to be doing about 2 hours of Taebo a day along with this diet. I'm not going to weigh myself until a full week has gone by (next Tuesday) and I will be back with my results! Good luck to everyone on reaching ur weight loss goals!

okay i decided to eat and im going to be eating 400 calories a day until next friday and then saturday I will eat 800... then for 10 days I will be on the water fast which i should loose 1 lb a day... today I ate two crackers, one nonfat yogurt, two slices of pineapple, and one cup of soup... i would say i did pretty well :) then I did walk aerobics and pilates

Heres how to use colored fonts and stuff here are the codes. (I'll put extra spaces in just so the code shows up as the code and not the actual colored font, anyways take out any extra spaces. For color it's (extra space between the words font and color) text here for bold it's (once again, take out he extra spaces between the word bold and the little arrow type thingie lol) text here and for italic just replace the word bold in the bold code with the word italic. I'm not sure if I got the bold code right, let me try it out did it work?

Hey everyone! I've done pretty good on my diet today. I woke up at 6 and got ready, 6:30 I ate a bowl of cereal and at 12:30 (6 hours after breakfast) I had school lunch which included a roll, potatoes with no gravy (left a couple of spoon fulls), chocolate milk, and a fist-sized turkey-steak thingy that was really good! Right after school (3 hours after lunch) I had an hour and a hlaf of power tumbling, and 3 hours later ate dinner which included rice with turkey gravy, corn, a piece of small beef stuff, and a glass of apple juice. Any other ideas?

Hey everyone! OMG I actually managed not to eat today... once I get through the third day everything should be okay... I promised myself if I dont eat until next Friday I can eat on saturday and Ill get myself some good food... Im not really doing any excersize right now and Im not going to until saturday once I start eating again... I know you all are probally thinking I wont make it to friday but I will... and I wont binge on sat!

Okay y'all here's my plan tommorow tell me wat you think of it=D Wake up around 9 am and do an hour of yoga 10am eat breakfast [a yogurt cup and a banana] lunch: bean and vegetable soup snack:banana and apple and crackers dinner: whatever my mom makes (usually about 500 calories) oh and I have an hour of soccer tommorow too =D + I'll try do some crunches and dancing. Any more tips plz post also if I ate like this and did that much exercise lets say ..5 times a week (except soccer is only 3 times a week) how much do you think I would lose a week?

Hey everyone, ive wanted to lose weight since like 5th grade but i never could do it Now im in 9th grade. But 2 weeks ago i found out that in one of my classes were going to a water park, and the guy i like is in the class with me and i dont want him to see me in a bathing suit now becuz i weigh 170lbs! but in the past 2 weeks ive lost 5 pounds, so if i keep it up i could be at least a reasonable size. yay. i excersize in my room at night because i dont like doing it in front of my parents. Any one got any suggestions? I already do pushups, situps, crunches, and jumping jack. thanks a lot, and good luck to everyone

hi, im mary nd im 5'3 and abot 140 lbs.I found this site a year ago, but havent posted cuz i havent really needed to lost weight. but this past month i gained 10 lbs in 1 month nd i need to lose dat weight. I found a book toning for teens by joyce vendral and it is a workout that says that if u r fat u lose a dress size in 3 weeks, and get ur perfect body in 3 months. has anyone tried yet? i think i mite start. plz comment.
