hey i have a tummy problem i workout atleast 3x a week and i looove chocolate how can i get the results i want by may 2004? if i weigh 140lbs i wanna be 125?? reasonable-how do u stay motivated?

Pilates works much better than 50 crunches because they center in on the core of your abs which helps you to work all of the ab muscles at once! Crunches only work on one section of your abs while pilates works on all 5! Most tapes are around 15-40 minutes. More advanced tapes would be longer. You can already tell your toning and losing inches after a week! I love pilates and I will be soon getting the intermediate dvd instead of beginners! I strongly recommend this to anyone who needs to tone up and lose inches! Good luck!

I went to Walmart and I bought a yoga/ pilates workout DVD and its amazing... i usually just do the pilates thing and its just 20 min! It tones your thighs, arms, and abs... but mostly focuses on abs... or do at least 50 crunches everyday and you WILL see result within a week! By the way the DVD was only $12 which is a great deal... ill tell you the name of it if u want...
