Hey guys, I haven't posted on this site in awhile. I've been trying to lose weight for about six years now. Everyone's always told me to not be too harsh on myself. You know what i mean, when you're at home alone or at a party and then you slip your diet up. Well I've figured out that i've taken their advice a little too seriously. I'm not harsh enough with myself. I had a friend ask me ... " If you want to lose weight so bad, then what's holding you back from it?" Really! I think my self-control is doing the holding back. Also maybe i'm being too emotional about all this. Any feeback?

I think it's really important to be tough or yourself sometimes, you can't let yourself become a softie lol because when you're on a diet oyu cant say o ill have a little of this a little of that because it wil turn into ALOT eventually so you gotta be tough sometimes, but it pays off in the end : D
