one thing that makes people gain weight is that they eat more cal. then they burn off. so if you want to loose weight count how many cal. you eat, then exercise and burn that amount other wise it builds fat.

Hey everyone I'm 130 got down from 156 it took like 6 months but whatever neways i want to be 125 in like 1 weeks just or a jump start can anyone tell me how i can loose 5 pounds just the first week ?

you see i really want to lose weight, and my mom says see wants to support me, but seh beleives im not at "that point" yet,where i am so motivated or something, but i truly am, but i cant get her to believe me, plus ontop of that i have two little siters and they are starting to gain bellys, and i keep telling my mom to stop them from eating becuz the teasing is horrendus, but she says they are still young and will have time

I was just wondering if anyone else can relate...
do you feel that whenever your parents say that you need to loose weight, you want to loose weight less? and when they arent on you about it, you feel more motivated??
for instance, i just finished drivers ed, so i can go get my permit. but, my freaking parents say that i need to weight 145 before i can get it. ok, yeah, i weight 190!! what am i going to do?/ i need my permit by the end of the summer to drive by junior year, but loosing 5 lb. a week isnt reasonable.

Ok they say about an hour of exersice 2 days a week...well I can't do it for a straight hour...I get too bored, except on sundays I play basketball for an hour...so what can I do instead?? like 30 mins EVERYDAY or what?if I eat like 800-900 calories a day will that help me loose alot?? I weigh 189 5'3"

Quick food tip-- if you eat three one serving containers of low-fat (not fat-free) yogurt a day, it cuts down on your hunger and the calcium helps you keep the weight off. Plus it tastes a whole lot better than milk or cottage cheese. I don't know about soy-based yogurt, though. Maybe it works also.

ANNIE...Well will this plan work better...B-cereala and skim milk, L-2 pieces of whole wheat toast and fruit, S-low fat/calorie yogurt, and D-chicken breast and rice. will i still look "sickly"? I MUST lose 25 pounds in two and a half or 3 months!!!

hey all...im going to cedar point in july( in case u didnt know its a big amusement park) newho...im 160 and i wanna get down to 140 by july 17th...for once i would like to go there and actually enjoy it....do u guys have ne tips on how i could lose like 3-4 lbs a week?

**********************************************************Tommarow I am gonna start a diet. I weigh 148 pounds know and I am 5 feet 5 inches tall. I was thinking of eating low fat/calorie cerel and skim milk for breakfast, 2 pieces of whole wheat toast and strawberies for lunch, banana or 2 saltines for a snack, and grilled chicken and rice for dinner. I would also have 8 glasses of water a day and exersize for a hour every day. I need to lose 25 pounds by August because of my modeling/fashion show shoot. Please reply! With Lots Of Love...LISA...
