Hi, I'm Hillary. I weigh about 230 lbs, and I am 5'6 1/2''. I was wonderering, is there a healthy way that I could lose like 15 lbs. by the middle of June? I have a dance recital, and I don't want to lokk too fat in my costume.

Hello everyone my name is Karmen and I weigh 295 pounds and I am 5'6 1/2 feet tall, and I look really fat everyone tells me to loose at least 160 pounds because I have been thinking about trying to loose alot over the summer. By doing Tae Bo, the Firm Pilates, with weight watchers meal plans, because i would love to weigh 135 pounds again. Because it does feel to good to go shopping and not be able to by the juniors clothes. Well anyways I am looking for a diet buddy that is overweight also, does anyone know how much weight I could loose by september. because I will post my meal plans when I check out the weight watchers and where can I get all the workout tapes Tae Bo, the Firm ,Pilates, Yoga?. guys dont be vegatarians to loose weight! meat is hardest to digest so u wont feel as hungry. plus you loose alot! of iron 1 of many main things to help you lose weight i have been loosing weight for 1 year now i have tried TONS of things. diets, excersize, finding which one to be the best. i have gone to doctors i am not quit finished but once i finish my report i will put it on!

Does anyone know where I can convert stones to pounds? my scales is in english stones and I was 10 stone last week which I thought was 140 pounds, and now this week I am 9.13 stones and it won't convert properly on the website I was using.

well my parents own a restaurant and it is practically were i get my lunch and everything, we sometimes do not have anything to eat at home so we have to go and eat in the restaurant.well i want to lose w8 before i enter to highschool or before we go on our family vacations but i do not know how. ussualy i get up at 6:30 am get ready, eat a cereal, and go to school, when i get home i pretty much eat what ever i can find(i do not like to go to the restaurant to eat)sit and watch t.v.please someone help me i am 200lbs and i am 5 feet 8 inches tall, and my goal is 130lbs
