Hey its me Jane again just asking something.. I have had a book called "The South Beach Diet" for a year now i never used it because i am afraid it will not work and instead i will gain more weight. If u have or are using "The South Beach Diet" and have succeded in losing weight please tell me. And please advice me should i or shouldnt i use this "The South Beach Diet" ? Thank you Jane.

please tell me if this diet plan sounds good breakfast-(skim milk,non fat yogurt) lunch- (fruit and jello thats sugar free and fat free) snack-(salad) snack #2-protien (aka tuna,healthy choice turkey or chicken) dinner- )one slim fast shake*plus 8 cups of water a day and 3 cups of green tea)i need some advice today becasue I want to start it tommorow...help!

Hey! I just wanted to write a little thing that was on my mind. When you lose weight it gives you a whole new life. I am different then I used to be, but in a good way. I am not so afaird anymore to be me. I am more outgoing, well most of that is because of my friends at camp. He told me that I was a wonderful person and made me realize a lot of things. I feel so much better now and I am not afiard to flirt with guys, I think soon I will be going out with my crush!!!!!This is the first summer of my new life and I want it to be memable. I want to take lots of pictures and to have a blast. I am finally ready to become who I am meant to be. I am not afaird anymore.Don't be afiard to be you. Have a blast of a summer!!!!!

Okay today started my diet... Im 215 right now and my first goal is 207 by June 5th. I want to be around 165 by the end of August oh boy I hope this actually works!

I can't walk after school (safety reasons) my mum won't buy me exercise vid's (they mysteriously dissappeared one day and mum won't buy more) I have no weights or exercise equipment, all sport centre's are too far away (that's wat my mum says anyway) I was just wonderin what you guys suggest as some exercise! I've been lifting a ton of weights lately, and i'm particularly focusing on my biceps and leg muscles (i horseback ride a lot), so i was wondering with the whole ideal weight thing, i'm 5'2 and 140lbs...and there is still a TON of fat hanging around my body..but what would my ideal weight be? considering i am starting to develop muscles nowand how does one get rid of a double chin? seriosuly, you can't even see my neck
