Hey everyone it realy works! LA Weightloss Program! I lost 5 pounds in only 1 week with out exersize! omg! i am so happy! they realy motivate you and the food is great! i had a really bad haircut in April and its WAY to short (up to my chin), it hasnt really been growing...any tips to get it past my shoulders again by august?

I am 16 and i am 205lbs. I have a problem with eating when i get depressed and when im bored. I need help. I tried being active, it didnt work. I tried not eating, it didnt work. I even tried atkins and that didnt work. I dont know what to do but i know i am tired of being fat. Please help me.

I was wondering if u don't go over 1500 calories in a day, but don't eat very healthy food, would u still gain weight?? Because so far i have had almost 1000 calories in junk food and if i don't eat anything else for the rest of the day until supper do u think my weight will be the same? I'm also going to do some exercise today.

i have a question about the 8 glasses of water a day thing..i started drinking a bunch of water..but like..after the first couple of glasses, i start pissin like a water fountain! And those of you who are in school, im' not always allowed to go whenever i need to. So what should i do?

Hi guys i'm like 5 foot 4 inches and i weigh 157 lbs. can you help me get some of my 45.5 extra fat lbs. off a lot of you have great success stories but i cant seem to get my fat off no matter what i do. i mean i run about 2 miles every tuesday and thursday because i play select basketball but that never seems to help. pleeeeaaaasssseee help me i am crying for help i dont want to be made fun of anymore.

i was getting really frustrated because i was doing amazingly well on everything and gained 3 pounds so this morning i was like- whatever- this is my last hope and got out my tape measurer and i guess ive been gaining muscle and still burning some fat off because i dropped some inches! my waist went from 31' to 29 1/2', my lower abs went from 38-40 to 36', my hips went from 41' to 38', and i don't think my thighs have changes much in the inches part but theyre a lot more firm. exersizing felt soooo good this morning that i did a taebo 1 hr. advanced tape and 20 minutes of sit-ups(really slow and muscle working), pushups, the plank position, crunches, reverse crunches(really good for the lower abs- where you lift your butt off the ground instead of shoulders) and twist- situps and a few belly dance moves. what i ate today is spinach( 5 grams fiber, 40 cal.), 1 boiled egg (70 cal. 6 grams ... GET UP AND CHANGE TO WHAT YOU WANT TO BE!!! this morning when i was doing taebo- billy blanks said in the video "you only got one bady, not 50 so treat it right" and i thought 'yeah- i do only have one body don't i? well then i'm going to change this one body into the body i want!'. i love it- billy's so motivating. taebo is the best workout ever. sorry for the long post- just wanted to share...
