Heeeeellllppp meeee I have no motivavtion please please help I was doing ok but now I've lost like, 1 pound in two weeks and I'm sure I've put it back on please, motivate me :(

Thanks. I always drink water anyway and I have made a vow to go on my dance mat and burn at least 300 calories a day. And no more junk food. It's annoying we don't usually have it in the house but for some reason this week we do...

Slow weight loss is key. If you try to lose too much too fast people are like, r u anorexic and stuff like that. But to upper your success have a good diet and exercise a lot!

hey...dont give up!!! eat atleast 2 HEALTHY meals a day.....and do NOT snack in between...it will help u lose weight....get rid of junk food and pop and drink water and exercise and ull do fine :)
