Eat a balanced diet full of fruits and vegetables. Eat 3 lean meats and 3 servings of LOW FAT milk. Eat about 4 servings of bread/rice/pasta a day and exercise a lot. If you do this w/o eating very much junk food and drinking a lot of water you should lose a/b 25-30 lbs. b4 summer ends, hope I helped!

hey... okay ive been like a million different diets and I find the best thing is not to have a rigid diet plan... what im doing now is eating more healthy and cutting down on carbs alot... im eating alot of fruits, veggies, and dairy products (im a vegieteran). Try to limit your calories to 1200 and maybe thats now that much but you want to loose weight. So you want to AVOID carbs and sugars. If you need something sweet get some ice pops... try whole fruit strawberry oh and i drink crystal light bc its sugar free and has 5 calories and it actually tastes good... my aol sn/ email is modaesvida@aol.com
