hi jane, yes i have lost about 12-14lbs in a few weeks and it has made me realy happy! after all the times i had spent doing diets that are so bad for your health i realised how easy it is! i just started eating smaller portions of healthier food and doing at least 30mins exercise every nite. i feel so much fitter and hope to continue until i reach my ideal weight of 130lbs. i started of at 190 and now i am down to to 178lbs and although i have alot further to come i hope this will be the end of it! with diets you usualy put all the weight back on and more but i have changed my life!! good luk, let me know xx
