**BRAEKFAST**cereal ans skim milk**LUNCH**2 pieces of whole wheat toast and half of a banana**SNACK** 1 bag of smart food popcorn**DINNER**grilled chicken and rice** I AM GOING ON THIS DIET TO LOSE 25 POUNDS IN 2 1/2 MONTHS FOR A MODELING/FASHION SHOW SHOOT. SHOULD I HAVE THE SNACK OR ELIMANATE IT??? WILL THIS DIET WORK?? I ALSO WILL BE DOING AN HOUR OF EXRSIZE!!! I NEED TO KNOW ASAP!!!

Should I power walk 1 1/2 miles EVERYDAY, or every other day? People say its better to workout 2-4 times a day, so which way would be better? EVERYDAY? or EVERY OTHER DAY? (and if its every other day, should i ride my bike moderately 1 1/2 miles on thte days in between?) P.s., this is all included with dieting and no junk food or soda!PLEASE REPLY A.S.A.P! If I exercise everyday for an hour, eat 1,200 calories a day when I usually never exercise and eat alot,how much weight can i lose?

People, People, People!!! stop writing stuff like I am gonna have this for breakfast and this for lunch! You are going to get sick of eating the same food and you will quit your diet and think you are a failure. Just eat whatever you have at home. Suggest to your guardian to get fruits, vegetables, lean meats(unless your a vegetarian), and whole wheat bread, dairy products such as skim milk, cheese, and other lowfat dairy products. Also, aim for a reasonable goal. If you are 5'5 there is no reason that you need to weight 110-120! Aim for something like 130-140 or more. I am 5'7 and weigh 184. My goal is 147. That is pretty reasonable. Talk to your doctor if there is any reason to weigh less than that!

I have a question. On this website it says that you need a mixture of fruits, vegetables, and carbs, right? so why in the world is everyone saying they are going on a low carb diet? It is stupid! Any normal person loves to eat pancakes, bisquits, breads, and stuff like that. And also I posted down below, READ it, LIVE IT!
