**BRAEKFAST**cereal ans skim milk**LUNCH**2 pieces of whole wheat toast and half of a banana**SNACK** 1 bag of smart food popcorn**DINNER**grilled chicken and rice** I AM GOING ON THIS DIET TO LOSE 25 POUNDS IN 2 1/2 MONTHS FOR A MODELING/FASHION SHOW SHOOT. SHOULD I HAVE THE SNACK OR ELIMANATE IT??? WILL THIS DIET WORK?? I ALSO WILL BE DOING AN HOUR OF EXRSIZE!!! I NEED TO KNOW ASAP!!!

You need the snack! If your going to excersice for an hour a day you need the energy to keep you going. You wont have a very good and prouductive workout if your tired and you cant move as easily... nd if your hungry...Remember this when your deciding weather to eat or not, if you don't eat then you'll be hungry. And that means that yourjust going to eat more later and GAIN more weight by not eating. Its called a binge fest hun! =D lol! good luck on your dieting! best wishes~*Rosalynn*~
