I need to lose 30 lbs for august...can someone make a diet plan for me to lose that amount, if possiable could it be about 5-6 small meals a day?

Basically you need to just burn more calories than you take in. Exercise is really important in losing weight (and staying healthy!) so if you exercise 30 minutes-1 hour a day 3+ times a week then you'll start to lose weight. Also try not to eat things with lots of sugar and/or fat in them. But don't deprive yourself of everything...if you really want an ice cream cone, have a small one because if you restrict yourself you'll be more likely to do well because you'll eventually cave in. Try to drink lots of water too! *ray*ray*
