one thing that makes people gain weight is that they eat more cal. then they burn off. so if you want to loose weight count how many cal. you eat, then exercise and burn that amount other wise it builds fat.

a very rough estimate is to take your weight and multiply it by 14. that's how much you eat to keep your weight. if you want to lose, subtract 500 from that number and you'll lose 1 pound a week. if you want to lose 2 pounds either exersize 500 more off or subtract it, or burn 300 off while exersizing and eat 200 less...
