OMG!!!!!! IT HAS COME TO ME.....THEY SAY DRINK WATER.. IT FLUSHES U OUT N MAKES U FULL RIGHT?!?!?!?! WELL HERE WHAT I AM GONNA DO.. I WEIGH ABOUT 230 AND WANNA WEIGH 200 BY JUNE 7th U MIGHT THINK THATS IMPOSSIBLE BUT I THINK I HAVE COME TO A BIG CONCLUSION EXERCISE WHENEVA/WHATEVA U WANT RIGHT N EAT WELL SORTA HEALTHY OR JSUT CUT MEALS N HALF N ETC... BUT YEAH!! I WANNA WEIGH 120-140 BY SEPTEMBER!! LOL SO YEAH!! WUT IM GONNA DO IS DRINK 2 LITTERS OF WATER B4 BED EACH NIGHT AND TAKE OUT ALL REGULAR SODAS LOL THEY ARENT GOOD N TRY TO STAY AWAY FROM JUNK!!! hey krissy i think what ur doing is great i mean i wanna lose weight to but it isn't good for u to deink that much water u should only drink 1 litter a day to start with then work ur way up and u should join up with a team sport or plan weekly games with friends over the summer..good luck and best of wishes

I think that it is awesome that you want to change your life and eat healthier. I think that drinking a lot of water is a good idea and that you can do it. If you dont reach your goal by the times you want dont give up cuz that is nearly impossible..but I know you can do it eventually. You should drink water throughout the day instead of all at once before bed..try having an 8 oz. glass every hour or so..and eat healthy..plenty of veggies, fruits, whole grains, low fat dairy, and an occasional treat like once a week. I know you can do it!! Good luck..oh one more thing..get plenty of exersize in!! great motivation and goals!!!!

You need a reality check. You are not going about this in a safe way. Weight loss is not quick and easy. If you want to lose weight please go about it in the right way. PS drink that much water at once is not a good thing--spread it out through out the day. Cutting cokes is good --try drinking diet drinks.

you're not supposed to drink the water all at once. that doesn't help hydrate you or really do much...

I have no idea whether it will work, but I suggest you drink it during the day cause if you drink it just before bed I have a suspicion that you may need to go to the toilet quite alot during the night!!! Just a thought...
