Hey yall I lost 7 pounds in 2 days i feel alot better but is there anyone that will be my diet or weight loss buddy or helper. I need someone to do it with me and maybe have like a contest with each other...Well I hope there is someone that will help. Thanx.

Hey I just ate like my 3 meals and cut down on them then I only drank water and I exercized and played basketball.
