People, People, People!!! stop writing stuff like I am gonna have this for breakfast and this for lunch! You are going to get sick of eating the same food and you will quit your diet and think you are a failure. Just eat whatever you have at home. Suggest to your guardian to get fruits, vegetables, lean meats(unless your a vegetarian), and whole wheat bread, dairy products such as skim milk, cheese, and other lowfat dairy products. Also, aim for a reasonable goal. If you are 5'5 there is no reason that you need to weight 110-120! Aim for something like 130-140 or more. I am 5'7 and weigh 184. My goal is 147. That is pretty reasonable. Talk to your doctor if there is any reason to weigh less than that!
