Why is it that so many of the healthy cerials have more calories than the unhealthy ones? L:ike cocoa puffs have less calories than basic 4 (as in 4 nutrients) cerial which is healthy and low fat.

omg i went to a buffet nd pigged out so much. i was so full but i 8 way more than i shood hav nd ruined my diet 4 today. i got home realli guilty nd frustrated so i walked on the treadmill for 3 miles nd burned off 400 calories. do u think that wouldve helped but still ruined my diet 4 today

Man, I'm really disgusted with the way I look. I feel really fat today. Oh well. I hope everyone else is doing good on their diets and whatnot. Good Job! I still can't get motivated enough to exercise. If you guys are going splurge on your diet. Try eating low carb ice cream. It tastes the same as regular Ice cream. wEll. GOod Job eveRyone.

ok well i am not doing to good on this weight loss thing i have gained and lost the same 5 pounds this summer so i went shopping and i got a bunch of good clothes so my goal now instead of loosing alot of weight or something is to start excersiing and make sure i look ok in my clothes even thou i would like to be a size smaller i would be happy to just look good in the size i wear so i might try to loose like 5 pounds but mainly just concentrate on accentuating (however u spell it) my body i mean it is that bad!! well i wish every one luck.......

I worked a 10 hour shift. I'm SO tired. This is how I did today. B: toast and nectarine Lunch: BIG bowl of rice and porkchops D: diet coke. I felt so guilty about lunch...so I had pop for dinner. I'm actually not hungry at dinner anymore. ~~MissyK~~

HEY! Everyone that responded before about me, I wanted to let you know that the whole thing with the babysitting is over! There was a huge family fight that I had to quit. Now I will be able to get plenty of exercise in and actually have time to count my calories and fat. I am finally going to start running in the morning again. Hey if anyone wants to know how to excerise and tone your body http://www.lhj.com is a great site. It has a slide show showing how u should work out they have Pilates on there if anyone would like to know how to do those. :))

hey,My mom and I just ordered sparklets water U know how they bring it to yourhome. Well we are just going to drink water no soda no nothing just water for the month then weigh in and see how much we lost even a pound is good. I read you can lose 25 pounds a year just by drinkin water.:))

OMG!!! I'm 131 today!!! I can't believe it! I know I can do this! My School Goal is 125 and I have a feeling I'll get there because I have a whole month before school starts to lose 6 lbs. I think I can do it. In total I've lost 16 lbs. To me that's pretty good. My advice to everyone here.... # 1 think positive and love yourself for who you are now...# 2 Don't do a fad diet ( eat what you want but don't over do it )... and # 3 be active...you don't have to exercise...just get out there and have fun...do things with friends enjoy life Good luck everyone I'll keep you updated. Lately I haventhad any energy to get up and go run. I feel tired.Does anyone have any special ways they boost there energy? or should i take a daily Vitamin?
