hey i kinda quit my diet :-( but starting tomorow i'm back on it! i'll weigh myself and by next summer (lol) I want to be 125! I am 5'9 and i weigh around 160 (i'll weigh myself tom.) sooo..i need to lose like 6 pounds to be healthy...but way more to be happy! ok anyways...tty tomorow! good luck everyone! oh and if u have any tips could u tell me?
