Hey I'm Krissy. I come here on and off because I don't have a computer set up at my new house yet so yea. I weigh 155 I'm 5'4. I wanna get down to at least 130. HOw long will it take me to do that and what excersize/ eating habits should I do? Please Help me!!!!

Well today I'm 113lbs, so I'm pleased with myself. I started at 120lbs, after all. But I think I might have lost weight because I sweat so much today! THis is how I did today: breakfast~toast and nectarine Lunch: teriyaki chicken and rice. Dinner: 2 Mcdonalds sundaes I ate SO much today, didn't I?! ~~MissyK~~

I just had half of a little debbie, I was going to have a granola bar, but there was a little less fat in the debbie, so I had to have it! But, I am not going to eat until around 7 and I am going to excersize after one of the kids I babysits goes home and the other one takes a nap.

i jus wanna say that all those fad diets and pills (whatever) don't work.they only make you gain weight in the process.and if you do manage to lose weight you'll most likely gain it back.THE ONLY THING THAT WORKS****** is excercise and healthy eating.the key is don't diet just eat right.and the main thing and the only thing that you can do to lose weight is burn off more calories then you eat and i garentee that u will lose those pounds!! and don't forget drink your 8 glasses or more of water.and remember the heavier you are the sooner you'll see results!! i belive in ya!!
