I'm so fed up right now. I have a really bad habit of weighing myself every day and yesterday I did SO GOOD and I just knew I had lost some... then I stepped on the scale this morning... UP BY HALF A POUND!!! urgh how did that happen? Anyway, I think I need to start weighing myself once a week...lol

For a very long time I have been trying to do all these quick or fad diets and it always result in me gaining more weight. So instead of me repeating the same, I am going to lose 20 pounds in 3 weeks I have decided to set my goal to lose 60 or at least 50 pounds by February. Thank you all b/c I read your posts and read what worked or didn't work for you and that is inspiring me to do work really hard and to stay focused and I hope everyone else is too!

Hey everyone! I am still trying to lose this last 20 pounds. I keep telling myself that I need to get up in the morning to run but I am always so tired. See I have to get up at 5:30 because I babysit from 6-6 everyday, so 5:30 is the only time I would be able to get up. I really need help guys. I have exercised Sunday, Monday and Tuesday so far this week. I usually do 30-40 minutes on my treadmill. I still need some help. If there is anyone who has any good motivation or diets that are really good let me know. Please Respond :)

Hey everyone..i seriously need sum help in losing weight so far when i went to my cottage i gained 10lbs i am so mad and its really hard to lose it all. when ppl say go walk or bike or sumthin i just cant go that cuz i say on it isent fun..i need sumthin very exciting that can also help me lose weight... i also eat a lot n its very hard not to eat a lot so if anyone can maybe help me or even b my buddy to help me i wud deeply appreciate it..note me if you want my email thx =)

I've done great today! For breakfast I had turkey pepperoni (high in protein) then for lunch I had a salad with a small amount of dressing and some broccolli bread. Then for supper I had a bowl of mini wheats (high in fiber). Well I think I did really good considering I usually stuff myself full of sweets. lol well anyway in 1 day I lost 1 lbs so I'm down to 125... my mini goal is 120 then 115 then 110. So yeah I really hope I keep going good. Good luck everybody!

hey everyone greatt job. i have basketball camp this week and just from all that exercise ive already lost 3 pounds! exercise people is the key. the diet that is 100% gaurenteed to work: burn more calories than you consume. always works. and if you make your on pizza instead of ordering it, it will have 150-300 less calories, depending on where you normally order your pizza. also, any type of tea has hardly any calories and speeds your metabolism like crazyy. also lol if you put your house thermometer 3-5 degrees lower, you can burn up to 150 calories throughout the day because your body uses much more energy to keep you warm. good luck everyone!

I did pretty well yesterday, until...dinner after my dog ate my healthy sub sandwich...then all we had was fajita chicken and i put cheese on it and ihad milk...does this sound okay??

ive battled my weight for the longest time and at one point i lost bout 25 pounds.. i am now 5 foot 6 and about 156 pounds. i want to get down to atleast 140 before school starts in like 6 weeks. what is a quick way to lose all the weight?

i know people who are fat, and all they do is insult skinny people, and make them feel terribal... they call them anorexic, and sticks, and ugly... and i just really think that that is really mean... i may not be skinny, but i dont hate people who are,,,, is there anyone here who doesnt like skinny people...

I'm 5'3 and 140 lbs. I just want to lose like 20 or 30 pounds, but I have absolutely NO idea WHAT to eat...I dont have a problem with overeating becoz I can turn down bad food like chips, cake, cookies, etc...but I do have a problem with nutrition. since I dont know what to eat, I only eat like a few things every day. I want to know what I'm REALLY supposed to eat! I'm afraid that undereating will cause me to gain weight...I'm scared...:(
