For a very long time I have been trying to do all these quick or fad diets and it always result in me gaining more weight. So instead of me repeating the same, I am going to lose 20 pounds in 3 weeks I have decided to set my goal to lose 60 or at least 50 pounds by February. Thank you all b/c I read your posts and read what worked or didn't work for you and that is inspiring me to do work really hard and to stay focused and I hope everyone else is too!

Hun, I'm sorry, I dont know how many times people have to stress that 20 pounds in 3 weeks is unsafe~! Thats just going to be another down fall... although 50 pounds by febuary is a wonderful goal! Work with that, and right now aim for maybe 10 in 3 weeks, thats more likely to happen if you lose weight safely.... Remember 2 lbs a week is the safest way to go, you'll never be let down by gaining weight back.. Buh bai~!
