hey, if i lose 10lbs b4 skool strts will it make any diff. in my appearence?i am 5'6",, 223lbs. will it be 1 jean size? Im strting aug. 1st and skool strts aug. 25th.but i also have a deal with somepeople that whoever losses the most weight gets 120 &. SWEET. and i gotta win.

um- lucie, it's only ten pounds. she won't have lose skin from that. to the poster- just exersize a lot- grab every chance you get for any amount of physical activity. eat more fruits and veggies and less processed foods. don't drink anything but water and count those cals!

with out being harmful to your self you can't loose that much weight that fast not trying to sound negative here and if you do you will have loose skin but loosing it slow you skin will still stay tight good look loosing weight thought and it would make a diff.
