Hey I'm Krissy. I come here on and off because I don't have a computer set up at my new house yet so yea. I weigh 155 I'm 5'4. I wanna get down to at least 130. HOw long will it take me to do that and what excersize/ eating habits should I do? Please Help me!!!!

hey krissy i had a weight problem to and the best thing to do is to eat alot of vegetables and fruits and try to excerise everyday (monday- friday) and if you miss a day then you make it up over the weekends. and try to eat things that say low fat and also watch for the carbs to .and ipromise you that you will lose the weight you want, keep in the back of your head how good you will look afterwards and you can do it . wait , another thing is that you should NEVER GIVE UP ON SOMETHING YOU WANT.
